The purpose of this service is to provide administration of your system. We will undertake routine procedures to examine and analyse your server performance, often identifying and fixing problems before you notice them.

If we identify a problem which can't be rectified remotely we will arrange an engineer visit.

We will notify your support manager that we are going to attend site and what the problem is that we are coming to investigate/rectify.

This service is only available as an extension to our Network Support service.
